We offer a range of beauty, skin, and body treatments, as well as retail products for purchase both in-clinic and online.
All services are performed by trained professionals and tailored to each client’s individual needs.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or price at any time without prior notice.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

  • All appointments require booking in advance.

  • We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules.

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee or forfeiture of deposit.

  • Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you; however, treatment times may be reduced to avoid delays for other clients.

4. Payments

  • Payment is required at the time of service or purchase.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards, EFTPOS, and gift vouchers.

  • All online transactions are processed securely through Shopify’s payment gateway.

  • Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

5. Gift Vouchers & Packages

  • Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.

  • Packages or pre-paid series must be used within the stated validity period and are non-transferable.

6. Refunds & Returns

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds or exchanges are only provided where required by Australian Consumer Law.
If a product is faulty or causes an adverse reaction, please contact us within 7 days for assistance.

All results vary depending on individual skin and body conditions. We make no guarantee of specific outcomes from treatments or products.

7. Medical Conditions & Liability

Please disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications before treatment.
We take every precaution to ensure your comfort and safety, but cannot be held liable for adverse reactions if full disclosure is not made.

All treatments are provided at your own risk, and Nerina’s Bellezza Face & Body will not be responsible for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from misuse of products or services.
